Airfreight network optimization is one of the core pillars of our application landscape. As a Global Air Logistics IS Network Optimization Junior Software Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated product team based in Wrocław, Poland, supporting the development of next-generation air logistics technology. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and international stakeholders to design, build, and maintain software solutions that enhance our global operations and deliver real business value.
How you create impact

Support the design, development, and testing of software solutions for our Air Logistics Gateway & Carrier Management pillar.

Collaborate with Product Owners and senior engineers to deliver reliable, high-quality code aligned with business goals.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure performance and quality standards are met.

Assist in deploying and maintaining applications, ensuring smooth and stable operations.

Monitor applications post-release and support troubleshooting activities when needed.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, helping to optimize and stabilize existing processes.

Learn and apply new technologies and frameworks, growing your technical expertise through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Work within an agile, collaborative environment that values learning, quality, and teamwork.
What we would like you to bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications are a plus).

1–2 years of experience in software development or relevant internship experience.

Basic proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; familiarity with SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL).

Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is an advantage.

Experience with GIT, Maven, and JIRA; understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Docker is a plus.

Eagerness to learn modern development practices in an agile software environment.

Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to take initiative.

Fluent in English; Polish or additional languages are an advantage.
