How you create impact
- Coordinate supplier, courier, and technician activities.
- Administer ID cards and access systems.
- Operate internal systems (UNIS, TETA) for time tracking and permissions.
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, and office repairs.
- Provide support to organize internal events, meetings, and communications.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and manage environmental reporting.
What we would like you to bring
- Student status
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with time tracking and access control systems (e.g. UNIS, TETA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
- Ability to manage procurement processes and basic contract handling
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards
- Basic knowledge of HR procedures and employee support services
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in office administration or similar support roles is a welcome advantage.
