In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent—both through creative digital sourcing and impactful in-person interactions. You’ll bring a sharp understanding of evolving hiring trends and labor regulations, ensuring our approach remains competitive, compliant, and forward-thinking.

How you create impact
- Manage end-to-end recruiting operations, including creating requisitions, posting roles, and optimizing job board strategy to drive applicant flow
- Identify and implement effective sourcing channels and local advertising tactics to attract qualified talent
- Partner with hiring managers to support candidate selection and ensure timely, efficient onboarding processes
- Lead the planning and execution of virtual and on-site hiring events, including logistics, promotion, and candidate engagement
- Serve as the primary candidate contact while enhancing employer branding, managing recruitment tools (SuccessFactors), and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
What we would like you to bring
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiting specialist
• 2 years experience in high volume recruitment
• 2 years experience with sourcing candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter
