Kuehne+Nagel is one of the world’s leading logistics providers. To strengthen our global Contract Logistics IT organization, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our international application support team in Warsaw.
In this role, you will support complex warehouse and logistics applications used across global operations. You will take ownership of advanced incidents, analyze system behavior, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with operations, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and efficient application performance.
This position combines technical troubleshooting, systems analysis, configuration support, and continuous improvement within an international logistics IT environment.
The role is based in Warsaw and offers a hybrid working model.
As IT Support Engineer, you will act as one of the technical escalation points within the support organization, focusing on complex incidents and application-related issues within warehouse and logistics systems.
You will work with systems such as WMS platforms, databases, monitoring tools, integrations, and transport interfaces, ensuring operational continuity for global warehouse operations. Besides incident handling, you will also contribute to process improvements, root cause analysis, and optimization initiatives.
The role requires strong analytical capabilities, technical curiosity, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across international teams.
How you create impact
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and system incidents within warehouse and logistics environments
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks
- Investigate system behavior, integrations, configurations, and data flows across operational platforms
- Support data corrections, system validations, and technical investigations using SQL and related tools
- Coordinate escalations with development, infrastructure, and specialized support teams
- Contribute to root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements to increase system stability
- Support and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and business teams to improve application performance and operational efficiency
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in IT support, application support, systems support, or logistics IT environments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently on complex issues
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and technical systems analysis
- Knowledge and experience in WMS/Blue Yonder
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
- Fluent English communication skills.
