We are seeking a Warehouse Lead, Store Flow to oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring seamless workflow and team performance while working closely with the supervisor and team members to support operational success. This position follows a schedule of Thursday - Monday, 7:30 pm - 4:00 pm

 

How you create impact

  • Support daily operations and provide coverage across departments as business needs dictate.
  • Coordinate team workloads, communicate priorities, and assist with daily exceptions to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Monitor and maintain key reports, KPIs, productivity metrics, work orders, overtime tracking, and end-of-day dashboards.
  • Deliver strong customer service by responding to emails, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate operational issues, research pending orders, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate IT support when needed.
  • Train and support associates on processes and SOPs while fostering a productive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Maintain inventory of department supplies, track critical equipment, and ensure housekeeping and 5S standards are upheld.
  • Promote safety, QSHE compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and support audits, meetings, and special projects as required.

What we would like you to bring

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or operations environment.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse processes, WMS platforms, and inventory control practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, data entry, and reporting; AS400 experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to prioritize, multitask, and drive results.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage competing priorities.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
