We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to support daily operations, drive productivity and safety, and ensure efficient inbound, inventory, and order fulfillment processes within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This role follows a 1st shift schedule, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, and requires flexibility to support overtime and business needs as required.
How you create impact
- Lead daily warehouse activities including inbound, inventory, and order fulfillment
- Ensure shipments are received accurately and inventory is properly stored and tracked
- Support picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet productivity and quality goals
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure proper use of equipment
- Assign tasks and help keep workflows running smoothly across the team
- Maintain an organized warehouse, including inventory accuracy and space utilization
- Complete reports and support compliance with company safety and quality standards
What we would like you to bring
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and work cross-functionally
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coaching or guiding team members and providing clear direction on tasks
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience (lead/coordination experience preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish required to support communication across teams and departments
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Teams for daily communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
