Our Warehouse Customer Service Representative supports outbound operations with a strong focus on wave planning, order coordination, and compliance within a pharmaceutical logistics environment. This role ensures accurate scheduling, documentation control, and communication across internal teams and external partners while maintaining strict GDP, FDA, and DEA standards. Your typical schedule will be Friday - Sunday, 12:00 AM - 12:30 PM. The pay rate is $26.72 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential with weekly pay.
How you create impact
- Build, release, and monitor outbound waves to optimize pick/pack efficiency and ensure on‑time shipment execution
- Confirm inventory availability, special handling requirements, and client specifications before releasing waves
- Coordinate daily outbound pickup schedules with carriers; confirm appointments and ensure accurate shipment details are communicated
- Validate packing lists, BOLs, temperature logs, and client‑specific documentation for completeness and compliance
- Work with warehouse operations to ensure waves are executed on time, and shipments are staged correctly for carrier pickup
- Serve as the primary contact for outbound‑related questions, providing timely updates on shipment status, delays, discrepancies, and resolutions
- Provide proactive updates to clients regarding order status, special handling requirements, and outbound timelines
- Communicate pickup instructions, temperature requirements, and documentation needs to carriers
- Enter, update, and validate outbound orders; ensure real‑time data accuracy throughout the wave lifecycle
- Confirm outbound order details match client requirements, inventory availability, and documentation
- Research discrepancies such as missing product, damaged goods, or documentation issues; coordinate corrective actions with warehouse and QA

What we would like you to bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of full-time customer service experience in a warehousing or distribution environment
- Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, 3PL operations, or regulated supply chain is strongly preferred
- Maintains strong client relationships and service excellence
- Excellent communication, documentation accuracy, and problem‑solving skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong ability to quantify results and create accurate reporting
- Experience with Blue Yonder or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- English fluency (written and verbal)
