Join our team in Vantaa as a Working Capital Specialist and play a key role in strengthening our financial health and liquidity. In this role, you will drive improvements across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash management, ensuring efficient processes and strong financial controls. If you enjoy combining analytical thinking with stakeholder collaboration to create tangible business impact, this is the opportunity for you. This is a temporary approximately 12 months position, covering a parental leave.

How you create impact

  • Improve cash flow and liquidity through proactive working capital management
  • Drive continuous optimization of AR/AP processes and cash management practices
  • Provide actionable insights through KPI analysis and reporting
  • Reduce financial risk through effective credit management and monitoring
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Enable better business decisions through close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Support operational efficiency by improving master data quality and documentation
  • Contribute to global initiatives and standardization across Financial Services

What we would like you to bring

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in working capital management, finance operations, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash flow dynamics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
  • Experience with credit management and risk mitigation practices
  • Familiarity with internal controls (ICS) and compliance requirements
  • Structured and detail-oriented way of working with a process improvement mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor degree or similar in Finance or Economics.
  • Fluency in English and Finnish; additional languages are considered an advantage

Our recruitment process progresses as follows:
  • Initial interview via video call with our global recruiter Gudrun, Starting from the 6th of July. 
  • Interview at our office in Vantaa  with Line Manager and local HR. Starting between 14th-20th of July. 
  • Decisions aimed for end of July. 
  • Our recruitment process includes a background check.
