Airfreight network optimization is one of the core pillars of our application landscape. As a Global Air Logistics IS Network Optimization UI/UX Designer, you will design intuitive and user-centered digital experiences that enhance the usability and functionality of our air logistics systems. Based in Wrocław, Poland, you’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders worldwide to translate complex business processes into elegant, accessible, and impactful digital interfaces.
How you create impact

Conduct user research to understand the needs and challenges of air logistics operators and stakeholders.

Translate insights into user personas, workflows, and experience maps to guide design decisions.

Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate system interactions.

Create intuitive, responsive, and visually consistent UI designs that simplify complex processes.

Facilitate usability testing sessions and iterate on feedback to continuously enhance user experience.

Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical and business goals.

Contribute to a centralized design system ensuring consistency in components, patterns, and visual identity across platforms.

Stay up to date with emerging design trends and tools, driving innovation and best practices within the design process.
What we would like you to bring

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications preferred).

2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or enterprise applications.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction design.

Experience working with or building design systems and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.

Analytical mindset and passion for solving complex design challenges.

Fluent in English; Polish or another language is an advantage.
