Operating in over 100 countries, our Global Travel Program supports the movement of thousands of colleagues each year — and we are growing the team behind it.Based in our Belgrade Knowledge Centre, you will join a team of seven travel professionals managing complex, time-sensitive corporate travel across multiple regions and time zones. This role offers real variety, a high level of autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to a program that is continuously evolving, far beyond a traditional booking role.
How you create impact
- Managing end-to-end corporate travel bookings (air, hotel, rail, and ground transport) for Kuehne+Nagel travelers globally, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service quality
- Supporting complex and time-sensitive itineraries, including multi-leg international trips and last-minute changes, as part of our Follow the Sun service model
- Working within our online booking environment (Spotnana), assisting both self-service users and travelers requiring agent support
- Applying your GDS expertise (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and NDC knowledge to source and ticket the most suitable fares in line with travel policy
- Liaising with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to resolve disruptions, cancellations, and service issues promptly
- Collaborating with colleagues across the global travel team, sharing knowledge, supporting workloads, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting needs for the Global Head of Travel
What we would like you to bring
- Bring hands-on experience in corporate travel, gained in a corporate or TMC environment, we are open to different levels of seniority
- Confidently use GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo), with the ability to build and modify PNRs efficiently
- Apply your understanding of NDC content alongside traditional GDS fare sourcing
- Communicate fluently in English, supporting a global team and traveler base
- Show flexibility in handling time-sensitive travel requests across multiple time zones
- Stay organised, reliable, and calm under pressure, ensuring a smooth experience for travelers
A strong advantage
- Experience with online booking tools, such as Spotnana or similar platforms
- Background in a global or multinational corporate travel environment
- Familiarity with duty of care processes and travel risk management
