How you create impact
- Manage and execute global short‑term incentive (STI) and performance bonus calculations
- Support the design, simulation, and payout of incentive plans
- Maintain and validate Total Rewards and performance master data
- Build and deliver reports, analytics, and dashboards to support decision‑making
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Total Rewards stakeholders
- Improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation of incentive and analytics processes in collaboration with global IT.
- Provide analytical support to the Total Rewards team.
What we would like you to bring
- 2 to 5 years of experience in compensation analytics, incentives, finance, or data‑driven HR roles
- Strong technical knowledge of bonus plans, performance metrics, and calculations
- Advanced skills in Excel (Macros, advanced formulas, power query)
- Experience with Python, HCM and or analytics tools is a strong advantage.
- Highly analytical profile with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large datasets and complex rules
- Bilingual Spanish–English (English required for daily collaboration)
