How you create impact
As an Air Logistics Warehouse Team Lead, you will help coordinate daily warehouse operations while supporting both import and export activity. You will work alongside the warehouse team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently, maintain required compliance standards, and help ensure the team stays organized and ahead of daily operational needs.
- Help coordinate warehouse employees and daily workflow across import and export operations.
- Support receiving, handling, staging, and movement of freight throughout the warehouse.
- Help ensure warehouse activities remain compliant with applicable security, safety, and operational requirements.
- Monitor daily work and address issues before they affect warehouse operations.
- Provide direction and support to team members throughout the shift.
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Communicate operational concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Lead by example and help keep the team focused on daily priorities.
What we would like you to bring
You are a proactive and dependable team member who does not need to wait for someone else to identify what needs to be done. You are comfortable taking ownership, helping coordinate others, and recognizing potential problems before they become larger operational issues.
- Current warehouse or logistics experience with a strong understanding of day-to-day operations.
- Experience with import and/or export warehouse activity.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, security, and compliance procedures.
- Ability to coordinate and support other employees during the shift.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to daily work.
- Ability to recognize operational issues and take appropriate action.
- Dangerous Goods certification or related compliance experience is a plus.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Torrance, CA. The hourly pay range for this role is $28.00–$31.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
