How you create impact
As an Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist, you will support the daily operation of the warehouse by receiving, handling, storing, picking, packing, and preparing shipments for transit. This role requires accuracy, safe material handling, and consistent attention to warehouse procedures, including requirements for dangerous goods and import/export shipments.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments.
- Enter and maintain inventory accurately.
- Label and organize packages for storage or transit.
- Pick products and supplies using pick sheets and verify orders before shipment.
- Load and unload materials using warehouse material-handling equipment.
- Palletize, shrink-wrap, store, and prepare freight for movement.
- Follow established procedures when handling dangerous goods.
- Maintain accurate handling of import and export shipments.
- Support a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
What we would like you to bring
You are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment where accuracy matters. You can follow established processes, keep track of materials as they move through the facility, and work effectively as part of a team to keep daily operations moving.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material-handling experience.
- Experience with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, or inventory activities.
- Strong attention to detail when handling freight and maintaining inventory.
- Ability to follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements consistently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment.
- Clear communication and a reliable, team-focused approach to your work.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Torrance, CA, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The hourly pay rate for this role is $22–$25/hour..
