How you create impact
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 Stock Controllers and System Engineers.
- Ensure high stock accuracy by analysing trends, movements, discrepancies, and adjustments.
- Drive root cause analysis for issues and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee and support WMS engineers, ensuring processes run smoothly.
- Maintain close collaboration with warehouse operations and understand process pain points.
- Step in to support your team during peak workloads or operational challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage the roadmap for your department.
- Foster a motivated, energetic, and improvement‑focused team culture.
- Communicate clearly and constructively, including handling difficult conversations when required.
What we would like you to bring
- Ideally an HBO degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience in a logistics/warehouse environment.

Preferred experience in stock control, including stock accuracy, discrepancies, stock movements, and trend recognition.
- Quick learner who easily understands and adapts to systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to perform root cause analysis and define effective and sustainable solutions.
- Affinity with logistics and warehouse operations and understanding of operational processes.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a small team.
- Comfortable having direct, constructive, and solution‑focused conversations.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the drive to help develop and strengthen the department.
- English fluency required; Dutch preferred.
