How you create impact
As an Integration & EDI Developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions using our Lobster EDI / integration platform, enabling reliable data exchange between internal enterprise systems and external partners worldwide. You will work on EDI and API-based integrations, implement mappings, transformations, and validations, and collaborate closely with business and IT teams to deliver robust solutions that support global supply chain and logistics operations. Through project-based delivery, testing, and continuous improvement, you will contribute to stable, high-quality integrations that power critical business processes.
What we would like you to bring

- 1–3 years of experience as an Integration Developer, EDI Developer, Middleware Engineer, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with EDI or integration platforms (Lobster, Seeburger, Mulesoft, Boomi, Axway, etc.)
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts, messaging, mappings, and transformations
- Experience working with APIs and connectivity protocols (REST, Web Services, AS2, SFTP, FTP)
- Familiarity with Low-Code / No-Code integration platforms
- Experience working in project-based or consulting environments
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- DevOps mindset (version control, environments, deployment processes)
- Very good English communication skills
Nice to Have - Experience with supply chain or logistics EDI (orders, ASN, invoices)
- Knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Basic scripting or querying skills (SQL, PowerShell, Python)
- Exposure to integration testing, monitoring, and production support
- Prior experience specifically with Lobster (not mandatory)
