Join Kuehne+Nagel as a National Expo and Events Logistics Expert and play a key role in supporting our international exhibitions team. You will manage end-to-end logistics for domestic and international events, including shipment coordination, client quoting, vendor management, and budget control. This role offers global travel opportunities to oversee onsite handling and final-mile delivery.
How you create impact
- Provide comprehensive support for client portfolios, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Engage with clients on exhibition schedules, pricing, and operational delivery.
- Coordinate multimodal logistics (air, sea, and land) for time-sensitive event freight.
- Ensure compliance with Kuehne+Nagel standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
- Manage onsite event operations, including infrastructure setup and vendor coordination.
- Plan and schedule shipments, liaising with internal teams and carriers.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare accurate quotes and manage project budgets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

- 2+ years in Expo and Events logistics.
- Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
