Reporting to a Manager, you will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Monday to Friday from 7am-3:30pm and will be paid weekly at $30.00 per hour.

How you create impact

  • Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
  • Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
  • Conduct analytical investigations to determine the root cause to properly disposition discrepancies.
  • Create and work grief notifications for discrepancies through SAP and WARP workflows.
  • Assist in providing cross-functional support to client Finance, Logistics Agents, Configuration Management, Customer Service, and Quality departments with inventory-related issues such as cycle counts, ad-hoc audits, pick exceptions, grief notifications, RTS, QC2 movements, and PNQs.
  • Reconcile inventory-related issues such as SN changes, adjustments, batch issues, block stock, PO/MRA reversals, mismatches, stuck queues, and QuickBase claims.
  • Resolve inventory-related issues for client depots and service centers, such as parts in transit, virtual MRAs, and depot critical issue reports.
  • Update COMMIT and communicate with client Customer Service regarding AOGs and other urgent orders.
  • Document root causes through KNPS and work with required groups to implement process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
  • Conduct operations per OSHA and MSDS standards.
  • Adhere to Kuehne + Nagel’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment Program policies and procedures.

The hourly wage range for this position is $30.00 per hour. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
