Are you passionate about building high-quality software that powers globally used logistics solutions? We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Project Logistics product development team and contribute to the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of industry-leading digital products.
Our Project Logistics business supports some of the world's largest industrial and infrastructure projects, partnering with globally recognized companies across sectors such as renewable energy, oil & gas, mining, and large-scale construction. From transporting oversized equipment to enabling complex supply chain operations, we help deliver critical projects that shape industries and communities worldwide. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive engineering excellence, and help shape technology solutions that deliver real business value and enable the successful execution of high-profile global projects.
How you create impact
- Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing software applications throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Perform quality assurance activities, including unit, integration, UI, performance, and automated testing, to ensure reliable software delivery.
- Design, optimize, and maintain database solutions while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Maintain build pipelines, supporting infrastructure, and middleware components to enable efficient development and deployment processes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to evaluate requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.
- Support operational excellence through monitoring, troubleshooting, release management, and third-level support activities.
What we would like you to bring
- Proven experience in full-stack web development using Python and JavaScript, ideally with exposure to Django REST Framework, Vue.js, and Elasticsearch.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative and effective technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including Clean Code principles, code reviews, and software craftsmanship.
- Hands-on experience with modern development methodologies such as TDD, BDD, ATDD, Pair Programming, and Agile ways of working.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership, customer focus, and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
