How you create impact
- Lead and optimize Contract Logistics operations across multiple sites in Ireland.
- Ensure operational performance meets customer agreements, KPIs, and service expectations.
- Act as the senior escalation point for customer issues and drive effective resolutions.
- Support commercial activities including contract negotiations, renewals, tender reviews, and solution design.
- Manage operational budgets, cost control activities, and month-end performance reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and operational efficiency across sites.
- Lead, develop, and engage operational teams to achieve productivity and quality objectives.
- Promote a strong culture of health, safety, quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a 3PL, warehousing, or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of contract logistics operations and supply chain processes.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple operational sites.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing customer relationships and contracts.
- Strong financial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally when required.
