Job Description
QuickSTAT Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist

It's more than a job

When you work in Freight Logistics and Operations at Kuehne+Nagel, you play a key role in optimising processes and ensuring that inventory and shipments move efficiently. But that is not all. Your work also helps ensure that vital medicines reach patients on time and supports other essential deliveries, from wind turbines to semiconductors. At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine.

As a QuickSTAT Operational Care Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that time-critical, temperature-sensitive shipments — many supporting life sciences and healthcare — move seamlessly across borders. You’ll be at the center of communication between clients, operations, and partners, ensuring every milestone is achieved and every shipment arrives safely and on time.

How you create impact

  • Coordinate and monitor client consignments across Asia Pacific, ensuring full compliance with procedures and timelines.
  • Manage bookings, routing, documentation, and customer updates through QuickSTAT’s global network systems.
  • Handle time-sensitive exceptions such as flight or customs delays, providing proactive communication and solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and control stations to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Support the setup and positioning of temperature-controlled packaging and related logistics.

What we would like you to bring

  • Proven experience in courier or freight operations, preferably within biopharma or life sciences logistics.
  • Strong understanding of import/export procedures, temperature-controlled packaging, and transit milestones (COB/POD).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills — calm under pressure and solutions-focused.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operational systems (e.g. CargoWise or similar).
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and commitment to maintaining high service standards.

What's in it for you

As an employer, Kuehne+Nagel stands for equal opportunity and we are committed to diversity in our teams with regards to people with disabilities. We believe that you can make a valuable contribution to Kuehne+Nagel and look forward to receiving your application.
