How you create impact
- Manage back-office and support functions within Airfreight, covering implementation, process analysis, continuous improvement, training, and system support.
- Drive process excellence to strengthen operational efficiency and data quality.
- Oversee customer onboarding and ensure seamless implementation for new business across SG & MY.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Regional Process teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Act as the bridge between business and IT, supporting system requirements, EDI interfaces, and testing of new releases.
- Provide training and user support on process enhancements and system updates.
- Lead or coach the Process & System Support team where applicable, ensuring professional growth and alignment with business goals.
- Utilize Python and automation tools for report generation, data analysis, and visualization to support decision-making and process optimization.
What we would like you to bring
- A background in Airfreight operations, logistics, or process management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive challenges.
- Working knowledge of Python for automation, report generation, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Experience supporting or implementing process and system improvements within Airfreight or similar operational environments.
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating operational needs into system solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage both internal stakeholders and customers.
- A collaborative, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset, capable of working independently and across teams in Singapore and Malaysia.
