Nel nostro nuovo magazzino a Mantova, lavorerai per un importante cliente del settore Retail, coordinando specifiche aree operative per garantire un flusso efficiente delle merci. Sarai il punto di riferimento per il team, assicurando il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza, la gestione degli spazi e delle attrezzature, e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.
How you create impact
- Pianificare, gestire e coordinare le attività del reparto, occupandoti anche di aspetti HR come presenze, assenze e sicurezza.
- Distribuire le risorse in modo strategico, valutando i carichi di lavoro giornalieri.
- Monitorare i KPI e motivare il team per raggiungere gli obiettivi di magazzino e business.
- Garantire la corretta gestione di attrezzature e beni aziendali.
- Collaborare con altri capoturno per organizzare al meglio il personale e le attività.
- Essere un punto di riferimento per il team, integrando i valori aziendali nello stile di leadership.
- Promuovere un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo, valorizzando prospettive e background diversi.
What we would like you to bring
- Esperienza di 2-3 anni in operazioni di media scala (150 FTE)
- Background in contesti analitici e orientati ai dati, con forte attenzione al coinvolgimento delle persone e alla sicurezza.
- Capacità di comunicare con stakeholder a tutti i livelli, in ambienti operativi e dinamici.
- Esperienza nella gestione di team (20-50 persone), preferibilmente in logistica o produzione.
- Conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office
- Italiano fluente (altre lingue sono un plus)
