Sea Logistics Operational Key Account Manager

You will be part of Sea Logistics Operational team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order management + sea transportation management solutions. 

How you create impact

· To oversee operations + technical support for global origins to achieve excellence service + eliminate service failures. 

· To understand the commercial/operational status of accounts + communicate with origin/destination leaders to ensure proper circulation of key confidential information.

· To liaise with international internal stakeholders, delivering solutions to meet demands of the business, improve network + operational efficiencies, reduce costs, + streamline efforts to deliver solutions.

· To conduct regular reviews with the account team to ensure customers data on checkpoint/monitoring tools are set accurately + comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

· To effectively manage + maintain customer relationships + support operations related initiatives.

· To create + maintain performance dashboards for visibility, monitoring + analyzing. · To create + update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) + ensure adherence. And to ensure SOPs, WIs + templates are up to date + accessible by stakeholders 

What we would like you to bring

· Profound experience in freight forwarding and supply chain management, with a strong focus on Sea Logistics 

· Data analysis · Dashboard utilization · Proven track record in customer management, successfully lead optimizes work processes.

· Fluent in local language and advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)

· Stakeholder matrix analysis skills 

· Strong commercial sense & new business opportunity pursuit capability

· Business process optimization · Extensive expertise in customer management across the full lifecycle, ensuring managing conflict, drives engagement, and communicating effectively.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively across all levels.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Highly customer-oriented

· Positive management mindset, adapting at lead transformations and driving continuous improvement.

· Willingness to drive continues improvement for people and customers.

· Commercial acumen

· Good presence in front of customer
