Your Role

Be part of the Global Sea Logistics support team together with team member in Hamburg, Germany. Provide 3rd level support for our transport management system SALOG, and other surrounding systems. Support Hemisphere teams by working on service requests, questions and defects reported within China timezone.

Your Responsibilities

• Work on tickets in our service desk application Jira Service Desk.
• Check for new tickets and provide first response.
• Resolve tickets (Service Requests, Questions or Bugs) according to working instructions and SALOG documentation within agreed Service Level Agreement.
• Follow up on tasks with other stakeholders.
• Update the knowledge base.
