Your Role
- To provide overall leadership in development to the Sea Logistics teams through strategic execution. Ensure yield & allocation optimization & commercial activities are aligned to achieve our road map goals.
- Responsible to support areas in all customer segments as well as the execution of road map.
- Communication entry point for GC & network with core stakeholders (carriers, trade management, origin/overseas offices, etc) to deliver the best solution to KN Customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as head of commercial and lead development strategy design and execution for all customer segments
- Provide overall leadership to local & network Sea Logistics team to deliver highest level of customer experience at all times with clear focus on customer service, profit maximization + retention
- Connect overall allocation/pricing demands with SIN & overseas Trade
- Ownership of carrier relationship
- VIP/top class customer escalation point
- Define & monitor & steer allocation compliance strategy and yield development to lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase overall efficiency & profitability
- Lead country to country engagement
