Your Role

You will be the main focal point for all National Project Logistics processes and systems (primarily OGS, GSC, SAP Business Intelligence (Business Objects). Alongside this to be a link to Global Project Logistics Operations and Technology management providing the on-going gathering, organizing and description of Project Logistics requirements for National clients on the OGS software and the surrounding systems. Ensure that standard processes are followed throughout the country allowing for and being the driving force for centralization of tasks so as to ensure improved data quality and efficiencies. Support client implementations or solely lead those when necessary.

Your Responsibilities

Operational / Tactical duties

• Support and implement the usage of Project Logistics IT solution (OGS) in order to increase customer satisfaction and internal productivity.
• Work proactively with the Project Logistics users and provide them with up-to-date operational system knowledge and support.
• Disseminate knowledge to both internal and external user base about new OGS functionality.
• Provide training for new internal and external users.
• Identify and outsource time-consuming tasks and operations to KN GS (Service Centers)
• Monitoring and providing visibility of data quality to operational management and ensure DQ targets are set and met. Support to ZG-K.
• Propose process and system improvements to the national Project Logistics management.
• With Support of MG-IT set-up and implementation of IT systems and interfaces as required by new and existing clients in a fast and timely manner.
• Act as national superuser for OGS and surrounding systems (Salog, GSC, BI, 365).
• Design, schedule, maintain, update and enhance BO Reports (including, but not limited to analitical, data quality and  missing actions reports) as per Internal and External clients requests.
• Support client implementations by establishing efficient operational processes and seting up the systems. Where required, solely lead the client implementation.
• Manage, oversee and organize a structured and optimized operational footprint in applicable country/cluster.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with operations teams within country/cluster to identify potential developments, implementations, tools and setups.
• Deliver consistent understanding of customer expectations to solutions, timelines, costs and results.
• SOP preparation in cooperation with respective Corporate Project Logistics Manager and National Project Logistics Team.

• Assist in sales activities including, but not limited to, system demonstrations.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Implementation of Focus and associated centralization of work, streamlining the national organization.
• Assist to organize, structure, measure and implement dedicated teams for Pricing, Customer Excellence, Revenue Care, Project Control Tower, Hubs and Business Units Operational Care Centers in a standardized approach.
