You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS?

• You are responsible tohead and manage LCC customer(s) operations whilst meeting customer's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and productivity improvement.
• To ensure the smooth implementation of new business and deliverable of KPI's for respective project in LCC. To manage the existing business within the LCC in a controlled commercial and operational environment.
• To strive to continually improve the operational performance of the LCC through productivity improvement both to maximize gain share opportunities and to ensure customer excellence.
• To work with the development and implementation teams to ensure that there is a structured plan for the introduction of new business. To work with the business manager and the new clients to ensure that everyone involved in the business is aware of their responsibilities.
• To Demonstrate the capabilities of the LCC to both internal and external visitors. To always uphold the concept of the LCC as a showcase for what we do within IL.

• You will start your day by reviewing the KPIs agreed for the projects, discussion with your team on Challenges + Opportunities and important tasks / reports to be completed. Discuss with your teams on the reason for any missed target and how to avoid them in future ensuring Zero Failure.
• During the day, check with the customers on business related challenges and mitigation, whether LCC is delivering as promised.
• Setup call with project stakeholders to see if there is any challenge / feedback related to LCC or customer.
• Also, check with the team on any new process improvement initiatives and the status of the project to end your day
