You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team adding your Master Data expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence

How you create impact

You are responsible undertake all key tasks related to the freight settlement process including, but not limited to auditing invoices, settling any disputes and coordination with carriers. To provide consistently outstanding levels of customer service by completing all required tasks effectively and efficiently and therefore ensuring that all supply chain process are seamless.

To execute job tasks within agreed key performance indicators for assigned projects.
To validate freight invoices of carriers and freight forwarders and ensure payments are made on time and within agree standard operating procedures.
To create dispute reports and presentation for the carriers and customers.
To have weekly / monthly calls with stakeholders related to queries or challenges.
To take care of any day to day deviation / escalation in the process and record the same
To follow existing KN Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions following the Business Process Management (BPM) structure.

Your main task will be related to Freight Settlement and you will start your day by reviewing all the freight invoices received, disputes pending, carrier payment timelines, etc...

First of all, make sure you go through your e-mails and respond the urgent ones.
All necessary details of the shipment's freight invoice must be maintained in a file / location to give correct visibility about the cost.
Align with different stakeholders for any query / dispute to resolve / highlight on priority.
Any process improvement ideas or process related challenges must be discussed with the team lead to ensure its effectiveness or resolution.
The processes must be followed as per the SOP or Working Instruction.
In Case of any deviation, proper investigation must be done to avoid the error in future.
The day must be ended by replying on all the mails and making sure that the KPI is achieved for the day with zero failure.
