How you create impact
To act as the HR Business Partner Specialist for the assigned Business + Functional Units and execute all operational people tasks related to business’s strategic and operational objectives at a unit level to deliver excellent employee experiences + engagement.
To work with the HR Business Partner to drive efficient and effective HR services, policies and programs and in partnership with the Business + Functional Units achieve our HR goals and strategy.
What we would like you to bring
To support and advise in all HR related matters, including but not limited to:
- All aspects of the employee life cycle in the dedicated BUs/FUs (Recruitment + Selection except for roles over Level 6, employment, performance management, talent management, communication, exiting etc)
- Working with People + Organization Development Team for implementation of learning + development interventions including supporting the delivery of specific training when required
- Supporting the HR Business Partner to execute any performance management or disciplinary issues in accordance with KN guidelines, local regulations and labor law requirements.
- Supporting the HR Business Partner for the annual salary increment + bonus allocation process.
- Ensuring local employee communication is consistent, well perceived and builds on the KN brand.
- Communicating with Shared Service Centre and ensuring that all HR information systems are fully utilized and maintained.
