As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Your Role
• To focus on parts documentation, to check all necessary data and features of the logistical flow are defined in IS/IT and consistently with engineering rules and naming practices. 
• To follow up of “parts documentation” in the “Plateau Doc” file. He coordinates the actions plans to complete missing data and reports the advancement of the jobs. 

Your Responsibilities
• Receive information for every NPI (new parts introduction) to be done, through the input of a new parts in the “Plateau Doc” file or through a Design Change Note.
 
• Parts documentation control and outputs, including: 
    - Follow up the completion of parts documentation 
    - For the upstream triplets between BOP Chinese supplier and ILN as a local client, the status to be followed up are: 
    a. Request for new parts / new flow (DAFF) 
    b. Route design via ILNs (PERLE, by ISD) 
    - Build an action plan per function and push it to the involved people when that a status is identified KO 
    - Escalates blocked issues to the documentation pilot of RBAC as level 2 for arbitration. 

• Data exchange between Clients IS and KN 
    - Manually input the data correctly and timely 
    - Use the formatted file “MasterData” for exchange 

• Manage and maintain the parts documentation in KN System , compliant with purchasing and engineering documentation of parts features, with management of the set up and stop date.
