The primary duty of the Perishables Business Development Manager for Air Logistics is to drive the growth within the geographical scope, interface to Sales, BU engagement, lead/support product development, lead/support pricing and all solutions under Air Logistics.
How you create impact
Strategic Business Development
• Fully responsible for regional customer number & volume growth/intension.
• Customer development, FU Sales & xBU Sales engagement
• Understanding key local market dynamics and react as needed
Product Development
• Responsible or support all product rollout within region as per vertical team direction.
• Pricing responsible or support ensure country team follow global direction, meeting set KPI and rollout the process.
• Responsible for local sustainability topics and support global rollout plans.
Operation & Customer Experience
• Confirm client requirements and prepare quotations
• Maintain customer relationships and expand repeat orders
• Support escalation and ensure continue to work with CCL /OCC & RCC responsible to improve the overall performance & customer experiences.
Financial Responsibility
• Chase customer payments and manage AR
What we would like you to bring
- Solid perishable freight sales experience.
- Highly self-driven,good communication skills.
- Fluent in English written and listening (spoken fluency is a plus)
- Comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle operations and established relationships with airlines, ground handling teams, and customs brokers to secure competitive rates and efficient lead times.
