You will be joining our Revenue Care Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational + Customer Excellence.
How you create impact
- Perform revenue validation and reconciliation to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Manage GS activities and related operational processes.
- Handle text setup, configuration, and maintenance within the relevant systems.
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with customer and company requirements.
- Investigate and resolve revenue-related billing discrepancies.
- Prepare, validate, and submit billing reports through customer-specific platforms.
- Drive and monitor FSL reporting and performance.
- Prepare and submit monthly accrual reports to customers.
- Manage and drive CCM reporting.
- Monitor and reduce overdue BPA items, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in air logistics, billing, revenue care, or finance operations.
- Strong understanding of revenue validation, reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with logistics and customer reporting systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
