It's more than a job
We are looking for a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant to join our Madrid team. This is not a standard booking role. It is a service and advisory position for someone who is genuinely energised by complexity — multi-leg international itineraries, shifting priorities, and the expectation of getting it right first time, every time.
Based in Madrid, you will largely operate independently as the local expert within a globally connected team. Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own priorities without day-to-day oversight are essential.
You will be the main point of contact for our executive leadership and global workforce, working across time zones and cultures to deliver travel that is seamless, compliant, and well-considered.
How you create impact
- Manage and execute complex international itineraries for senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and upper management.
- Ensure all bookings are policy-compliant, while applying sound judgement and a proactive approach where flexibility is required.
- Work fluently across GDS platforms (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus) and stay current on NDC developments and their practical implications.
- Act as a reliable, proactive partner to travelers and internal stakeholders — anticipating problems before they become disruptions.
- Collaborate across regions, bridging local execution with global standards.
What we would like you to bring
- At least 5 years of travel experience managing large-scale, international accounts. Experience in corporate travel is a must.
- Advanced GDS proficiency and a solid understanding of how NDC is reshaping content and distribution. Experience in working with TMCs and OBT will be considered a big advantage.
- Availability and flexibility to work outside standard office hours in time-sensitive situations. This is not the norm, but it is part of the role.
- A track record of supporting senior executives with discretion, precision, and calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish – any further language is a plus; the ability to work effectively across cultures is essential.
- A practical, flexible mindset — you adapt quickly and don't wait to be told when something needs to change.
What's in it for you
You will be joining at a genuinely interesting moment. We are in the middle of implementing a new global travel platform and rethinking how we manage travel across a complex, international organisation. This is not a role where you will be maintaining the status quo — there is real scope to shape how things work and to be close to strategic decisions, not just operational ones.
