Lead the design, development and implementation of complex automation projects, leveraging AI-powered solutions to drive innovation and operational efficiency. Provide strategic direction, mentorship and technical leadership to mid-level and junior developers. Ensure high-quality standards, reliability and continuous improvement across automation initiatives.
How you create impact
• Lead the design, development and implementation of complex automation projects, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
• Design, implement and guide the integration of advanced AI-powered solutions across automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing business processes, identify opportunities for automation, clarify requirements and exceptions.
• Provide thought leadership in AI and RPA technologies, driving innovation and excellence across automation initiatives.
• Resolve complex issues in automation solutions, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Mentor and support mid-level and junior developers, and assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the team leader.
• Develop reusable components, scripts and frameworks that drive efficiency for future projects.
• Collaborate with other Automation teams in the organization.
What we would like you to bring
• Expertise in Automation and AI tools and technologies, with deep understanding of their practical applications
• Bachelor in Computer Science or similar
• (UiPath) RPA Developer Certified
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, and minimum 2 years in UIPath
• Advance programming skills and experience with frameworks relevant to RPA development
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex automation projects
• Strong experience in process analysis, design, and implementation of automation solutions
• Strong English speaking and writing proficiency
