How you create impact
- Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, agents, contractors, and carriers to drive long-term business growth.
- Identify and secure new opportunities within the energy and industrial project logistics market.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex project logistics operations across Venezuela.
- Promote a strong culture of compliance, QSHE, and operational excellence across all activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Project Logistics team through performance management and KPI monitoring.
What we would like you to bring
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial or project-focused roles.
- Solid knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) and logistics operations.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in ocean freight, air freight, and inland transportation operations.
- Experience within project logistics, industrial projects, or the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and project management platforms such as MS Project or Planner.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
