Sea Logistics Pricing Supervisor

How you create impact

The Sea Logistics Pricing Supervisor is instrumental in supporting customer satisfaction, business growth, and long‑term client retention. This role ensures seamless, proactive communication across internal and external stakeholders while delivering accurate, timely, and competitive pricing solutions. The Pricing Supervisor will lead and develop the pricing team, manage escalations, and partner closely with the National Revenue Manager, Sales, and Management to shape pricing strategies that support both new opportunities and long‑standing customer relationships.

 

  • Produce quotations for VIP clients in response to inquiries by sales representatives and customer care staff. 
  • Manage, streamline and automate quotation renewals regionally.
  • Proactively engage with internal stakeholders including customer care, sales and the business field. 
  • Actively develop, manage and maintain pricing related processes and tools. 
  • Maximize GP while ensuring quotations remain market competitive.
  • Optimize usage of resources and manpower.
  • Develop in-dept market knowledge, including competitor knowledge, customer profiles, pricing levels that consistently gain business and communicate and report on such areas on a regular basis. 
  • Review, negotiate, and interpret quotations/ contracts from overseas offices, and ocean carriers. 
  • Be actively involved and influence commercial strategy that ensures quotations are in-line with market pricing.
  • Supervise, evaluate and lead the pricing staff.
  • Share knowledge with sales representatives and customer care staff to ensure optimal carrier selection. 
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

What we would like you to bring

  • 5+ years in logistics/transportation with sea freight experience required
  • Background in pricing, operations, and contract review
  • Degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field preferred (CIFFA a plus)
  • Strong Excel and systems capability
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and able to work under pressure
  • Proactive team player with strong time‑management skills

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
