You will be joining our Revenue & Pricing Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of KN Excellence.
How you create impact
You are responsible for supporting the execution of pricing strategies and supervising daily pricing activities to ensure timely, accurate and competitive quotations. This will be ideally across all trades, taking a variety of elements into consideration (market levels, industry specifics, customer requirements + price sensitivities) while trading off against procurement levels + internal policies to maintain a profitable gross yield.
- To maintain and strengthen senior-level carrier/supplier relationships.
- To support negotiation of competitive buying rates.
- To supervise pricing execution and ensure compliance with RFQ -non-RFQ, procurement, and carrier management processes.
- To coordinate with managers and teams to ensure timely rate responses.
- To set selling prices within defined policies and local conditions.
- To ensure bookings align with carrier agreements and cost efficiency.
- To maintain transparency and consistency of freight rates with CCLs.
- To collaborate internally to support business development and account growth.
- To gather customer feedback and market insights for improvement.
- To guide team operations and prioritize workload effectively.
- To ensure adherence to pricing processes, policies, and standards.
- To act as escalation point for pricing-related issues.
