How you create impact
- Qualify and enter customer orders accurately into the operational/execution process.
- Provide timely, accurate, and helpful information to customers to support a seamless experience.
- Ensure strong customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation in collaboration with destination offices and regional teams.
- Provide, document, and follow up on quotations and opportunities in alignment with customer account strategies.
- Ensure all customer contact details, service requirements, and updates are accurately maintained in KN systems.
- Support best‑in‑class customer onboarding and reporting delivery to align with client’s SOP/KPI requirements to achieve Customer Promise KPI Target.
- Perform purchase order and shipment qualification following global and local working instructions.
