We are seeking an experienced Maritime Logistics Specialist in ocean freight operations to manage import and export shipments, ensuring seamless execution, coordination with shipping lines, agents, and terminals, and compliance with local and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end ocean import and export shipments.
- Manage carrier bookings, shipping schedules, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Care and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor shipment performance and proactively address operational challenges.
- Liaise with shipping lines, terminals, customs brokers, and freight forwarding partners.
- Track and analyze operational KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
What We Are Looking For

- Technical Degree, Technologist Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or maritime logistics.
- English proficiency at B1–B2 level (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
