We are looking for a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Operational Care Expert to support our Sea Logistics operations. In this role, you will handle transport execution, coordinate with carriers and suppliers, manage documentation, and ensure smooth operational workflows. You will be responsible for maintaining high service quality, supporting customer engagement, and ensuring compliance across all operational and financial processes.
Your Role
As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert, you will manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, provide timely and accurate updates to customers, and ensure all shipments are executed efficiently and according to regulations. You will work closely with our Customer Care, Operational Care, Finance, and Process & Systems teams to deliver best‑in‑class service and maintain operational excellence
How you create impact
- Coordinate end to end sea freight operations, including bookings, documentation, and shipment follow up.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, ensuring all interactions meet our service standards.
- Ensure compliance with sea freight regulations, financial procedures, and internal work instructions.

- Experience in freight forwarding, with strong sea logistics knowledge.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with logistics processes, documentation flows, and operational best practices.
- Financial awareness, including cost/risk considerations and commercial decision making.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
