In this role, you will lead and support a Customer Care team within Sea Logistics, ensuring high‑quality service for customers while driving efficient and profitable import operations. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities, supporting business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring operations are executed in line with company standards and strategic objectives.
This position combines people leadership, customer focus, and operational expertise, playing a key role in both service excellence and business development.
How you create impact
- Lead, coach, and motivate a Customer Care team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
- Ensure efficient and compliant execution of sea freight import operations.
- Support the onboarding and implementation of new customers and business opportunities.
- Manage and resolve customer claims and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Strengthen customer relationships and drive retention of the existing customer base.
- Work closely with Sales to develop existing business and generate new opportunities.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, data quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Share market trends and competitive insights with commercial teams when relevant.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sea Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Customer Care operations.
- Previous experience leading or supervising teams is strongly preferred.Solid understanding of international transportation, sea freight import processes, and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of different shipment types (full container, consolidation, special cargo).
- Strong customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage conflicts, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and external partners.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
- Availability to support operational activities outside standard business hours when required.
