Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a customer-focused Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as the frontline contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience by managing shipments, handling inquiries, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving satisfaction across our sea logistics operations.

How you create impact

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by proactively advising and supporting customers throughout their logistics journey.  

  • Proactively advise and consult to ensure customer satisfaction,  

  • Handle customer complaints effectively, driving timely resolution and continuous service improvement. 

  • Support commercial success by contributing to identifying customer needs and materialising tailored logistics solutions that drive value, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term partnerships.   

  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate customer data and reporting. 

What we would like you to bring

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. 

  • Solid understanding of freight forwarding and logistics processes, ideally in sea logistics. 

  • Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

  • Problem-solving ability and confidence in decision-making within defined guidelines. 

  • High level of ownership, adaptability, and collaboration, with fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English.
