How you create impact
- Prepare transport instructions and coordinate import/export shipments, including required documentation
- Collaborate with the Customs team to ensure compliant and timely processes
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client
- Process and organize shipment data and files, verifying documents from external partners
- Maintain accurate information in internal systems to support operational visibility
What we would like you to bring
- Vocational qualification or relevant experience in freight forwarding, preferably within Air Logistics
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts
- Strong customer focus with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
