Air Logistics Implementation Project Manager

As a National Air Logistics Implementation Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving project success for medium to high complex projects and contributing to the growth and efficiency of our organization. Your expertise will make a direct impact on our growth and operational excellence.

How you create impact

  • Lead and execute implementation projects for new business, re-implementations, and data integration, ensuring governance and compliance with Kuehne+Nagel standards
  • Define project scope, objectives, and detailed plans, including timelines, resources, risk and change management
  • Guide cross-functional teams, monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Deliver accurate project documentation, reports, and updates to stakeholders
  • Mentor junior and mid-level project managers and contribute to improving project methodologies

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally with operational experience in Air Logistics combined with significant exposure to leadership roles 
    and high-complexity projects
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies; PMP, PMI, Prince2 or similar certification preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive and organized approach
  • Proficiency in project management tools and ERP/workflow systems
  • Strong proficiency in English

You will start with an annual contract, and if everyone is satisfied, resulting in a permanent employment afterwards. Kuehne+Nagel is a good and reliable company, therefor a VGB is requested at the start.
