As an IT Supporter (m/w/d), you will provide first-level technical support to employees, helping resolve issues with hardware, software, applications, and IT services. You will ensure the smooth operation of local IT systems and infrastructure while delivering efficient, customer-focused support to maintain a high level of service.

How you create impact

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and Macs, including hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and support printers and other peripheral devices.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and business-critical software.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and policies using Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Set up, support, and troubleshoot iOS and Android devices.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware components such as memory and storage drives.
  • Record, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing systems while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What we would like you to bring

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or service desk roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
