As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. What You’ll Do

• Process consignments and inventory as they move through the warehouse
• Complete Goods In and Goods Out procedures, including documentation review, product inspection, piece count, weight, dimensions, and damage checks
• Prepare temperature-controlled packaging solutions, including PCM, liquid nitrogen, and dry ice solutions based on client requirements
• Select and prepare temperature loggers and GPS trackers for shipments
• Perform and record quality checks for reusable temperature-controlled packaging
• Support cleaning, restocking, and system updates for packaging inventory
• Load and unload vehicles manually and with onsite forklift equipment
• Prepare consolidated consignments for transfer to other QuickSTAT facilities
• Enter key milestone information accurately into internal systems
• Monitor departmental mailbox activity, including packaging bookings and internal queries
• Communicate discrepancies clearly and escalate potential or confirmed issues to management
• Support shift handovers and maintain high standards of facility hygiene

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with temperature-controlled and/or time-critical consignments preferred
• Courier, freight, warehouse, import/export, transport, or life sciences logistics experience preferred
• Understanding of warehouse milestones such as Goods In and Goods Out
• Ability to work successfully under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external contacts
• Flexibility, initiative, and strong self-motivation
• GDP training or transportation-related qualifications preferred
