How to create impact?
- Deliver accurate and timely pricing solutions for both short-term opportunities and long-term customer agreements, supporting business growth and revenue optimization.
- Prepare and manage freight quotations using internal pricing tools and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
- Support complex customer bids and long-term commercial opportunities by developing competitive pricing proposals.
- Negotiate ocean freight rates, inland transportation costs, and local logistics charges to create the best solutions for customers.
- Apply pricing strategies aligned with trade routes, customer needs, and business objectives to retain existing business and win new opportunities.
- Participate in strategic commercial discussions to identify opportunities, assess risks, and support decision-making.
- Ensure all pricing requests are completed within agreed deadlines and customer expectations.
- Support profitability management by balancing revenue opportunities, market competitiveness, and business risk.
- Monitor quotation progress and maintain proactive communication with trade management and sales teams.
- Analyze local market conditions and pricing trends to support informed commercial decisions.
- 2–5 years of experience in Pricing, Freight Forwarding, International Logistics, or Ocean Freight.
- Experience preparing and managing customer quotations and long-term commercial proposals.
- Knowledge of ocean freight pricing, local logistics charges, and inland transportation costs.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, profitability management, and commercial decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate opportunities, risks, and financial impact.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Trade Management, and Commercial teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and pricing systems.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
