How you create impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted partner and main point of escalation for operational matters.
- Understand, define and formalize customer operational requirements to ensure expectations are met and service commitments are delivered.
- Design and implement customer-specific solutions that improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and operational performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Sea Logistics services and operational capabilities, supporting new business opportunities.
- Coordinate the implementation of new business, projects and customer initiatives across multiple teams and locations.
- Identify operational risks, communicate impacts and drive timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Represent customer needs within the organization and ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational execution.
- Create and maintain process documentation and support the definition of standard operating procedures.
- Support system setups, process optimization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Define and monitor customer performance indicators in partnership with operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Analyze operational performance, identify root causes of service issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present operational performance results, project updates and business review materials for key customers.
What we would like you to bring
- 5+ years of experience in Sea Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Customer Care, Operations or Key Account Management.
- Strong knowledge of Sea Logistics operational processes, systems and customer service practices.
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to lead customer implementations, operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational risks and develop effective solutions.
- Experience monitoring service performance and driving corrective action plans.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and adapt quickly to changing customer needs.
- Experience with process standardization, documentation and operational performance reporting.
- Advanced English requiered, preferred advanced Spanish
