The Sea Logistics Operational Care Coordinator, Import is responsible for leading the Operational Care Import team, ensuring operational excellence in shipment coordination, process compliance, and team development. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, monitors performance indicators, and collaborates with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent and efficient service experience.
