Join Kuehne+Nagel's Sea Logistics team and lead the strategy, growth, and operational performance of our Sea Logistics business in Brazil. How you create impact
- Develop and execute the national Sea Logistics strategy, aligning business objectives with global priorities and driving sustainable growth.
- Lead customer development initiatives, strengthen relationships with key accounts, and support the acquisition of new strategic business opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence across all Sea Logistics activities while continuously improving processes, systems, and service quality.
- Own the national Sea Logistics P&L, budget planning, financial performance, and achievement of business targets and KPIs.
- Inspire, develop, and lead the Sea Logistics organization, fostering collaboration, engagement, and a high-performance culture.
What we would like you to bring
Mandatory Requirements
- Extensive experience in Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management with a strong focus on Sea Logistics.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams, driving performance, and leading organizational growth.
- Strong financial acumen with several years of P&L ownership and budget management responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Advanced English proficiency and fluency in Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading strategic business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of port operations, customs regulations, and international trade requirements.
- Proven success managing complex projects from planning through execution.
- Extensive customer management experience with a focus on long-term partnership development.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced, and high-pressure environments.
